Our purpose is to provide a means by which believers can encourage and assist one another in fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) and to provide Christian love and service, both spiritual and material, to all people.

Statement of beliefs: The Bible (Old and New Testament) is our only authority in matters of faith and lifestyle (2 Timothy 3:16-17). We are in agreement with the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message as our guide for doctrinal interpretation, and recognize that it has no authority over the conscience. Within this confession are statements of religious convictions, drawn from the scriptures, and are not to be used to hamper freedom of thought or investigation in other realms of life. We cherish and defend religious liberty, and deny the right of any secular or religious authority to impose a confession of faith upon a church or body of churches. We honor the principles of soul competency and the priesthood of believers, affirming together both our liberty in Christ and our accountability to each other under the word of God.

Leadership roles: We recognize that some leaders will be "apostles... prophets... evangelists, pastors and teachers, for the purpose of preparing God’s people for works of service, in order that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God –becoming mature and attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ." (Ephesians 4:11-13) Qualifications of leaders are found in 1Timothy 3:1-13.

Financial practices: We will use wisdom and integrity in handling all tithes, offerings, and disbursements of funds for missions and ministry. In the event our church stops being a church, we will give any reaming assets to the Mile High Baptist Association, Colorado Baptist General Convention or other SBC mission causes.

Church government: Our church decisions will be made according to congregational polity, whether by consensus or majority vote, when our church is gathered together at a regular time. Our church will meet regularly for Bible study, fellowship, breaking of break, prayer, sharing of financial resources, praise and worship, and sharing other spiritual gifts. We will regularly celebrate the Lord’s supper and believer’s baptism.

Cooperation: Our church will relate in Christian love toward other churches, and we will network with other churches to do things together that we can’t always do by ourselves. We will also participate in missions by partnering with other Great Commission Christian agencies including the Mile High Baptist Association, Pikes Peak Baptist Assembly, the Colorado Baptist General Convention and the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC).

Reproduction: Our church feels called to sponsor and assist new churches in places where there need to be new churches, and whenever a leader feels called to do so.
